The Town & Country 4-Step customer commitment
1) Everything we see or discuss is private. We will not release any information to any other party without your written consent.2) We ensure that you are comfortable with the information you have about the home. If you are not completely satisfied - we are not satisfied. At Town & Country we work for you - our client. Ask questions and discuss concerns. In the end you are making probably one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. We can't make that choice for you. We can though make sure you have the information you need to make an informed decision.
3) After completion of repairs or renovations required in an offer-of-purchase, (or pre-sale repairs), we will come back and do a follow-up inspection at 50% - 75% off our rates. The complete home will be re-inspected at 50% of regular price. Partial inspection of only repaired areas will be charged at 25% of regular price.
4) For as long as you own the home or cottage, we will be please to answer any questions you have about your home (operation, maintenance, renovations and more). Simply give us a call, or send an email. Please have available the report number from page one of the Inspection Report for reference.
